Our new “Hand Deburring/Countersink Tool” can precisely both debur and countersink. The complete tool includes a durable easy-grip aluminum handle and a HSS 6-flute countersink bit with a 100º angle. Complete tool is furnished in a clear plastic case. The handle is ergonomic and textured for excellent grip; a unique clutch mechanism allows the countersink bit to only turn in one direction, this greatly increases countersink life. Using an optional 1/4-28 thread adapter, all threaded countersinks will work as well.
